AniSwipe is provided by AltamiraStudio. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AniSwipe.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use AniSwipe. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to post or send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, or spam. You will not abuse, harass or impersonate other users, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines. Suspended users can appeal by contacting support.
You retain ownership of the comments, ratings and messages you create. By posting, you grant AltamiraStudio a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content within the app so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you post.
AniSwipe Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account.
Free accounts have a limited, regenerating swipe pool and may watch rewarded ads for bonus swipes. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy.
Anime titles, artwork and metadata are sourced from third parties and belong to their respective owners. AniSwipe provides this information for discovery purposes only and makes no warranty as to its accuracy.
AniSwipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltamiraStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, as reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
